Refund Policy

  1. Returns-We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your Chill Clip must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer support team at cosypall@gmail.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and address for the return. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  2. Refunds-Once we receive your returned Chill Clip, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be reflected in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  3. Exchanges-If you wish to exchange your Chill Clip for a different variant or for any other reason, please contact our customer support team at cosypall@gmail.com. We will provide you with further instructions on the exchange process. The item you wish to exchange must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items-In the unlikely event that your Printer Bud arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team at cosypall@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return or exchange process and ensure a prompt resolution.
